    I reached the weight I began at in 2016 and it is SO damned uncomfortable. I was forced to do something. I’m not sick of it (yet), but it’s still not easy. Then again. I like a variety of foods.I just have to get back to prepping foods that look good

    Yeah it’s CICO. And I’ve never lost when eating pasta or bread. They seem to make me hungrier for some reason. I had oatmeal this morning. Not my favorite thing but it’s filling enough. You used to go to Panera every day. Is there one near you?

    Ha! You mentioned noodles. They are the hardest thing for me to moderate. That and bread. Well, it took me a good two months before to get used to a different way of eating. I can’t whine after a single week. Though I feel like it.
