On this road again. I Can Do This!


I am Yinka and I am tired of being overweight. I am ready to start living a healthy and happy life. I want to spend more time outdoors and being active rather than watch others have all the fun. I can do this!

Fitness Minutes: 135

My Goals:
My goal is to lose as much belly fat and my "spare tire" as I possibly can. I would love to lose 140 lbs. in a year and a half. My shorter term goal is to lose 50 by January. Wish me luck!!!

My Program:
 I am using the Ttap program to meet my fitness goals. I am starting with the 15 min workout and will hopefully work my way up to 45 min. My goal is to complete a 14 day bookcamp (streak) with ttap and then alternate days, either with a day off in between or walking in between, depending on how many inches I've lost.
