My Goals:
New Goals for 2017

Hit maintenance by Christmas 2017

I want to be in the healthy range of weight and be more physical activity.

I want to establish healthy habits that I can live with after I retire in 4 - 5 years.

My Program:
 Continue the Spark Diet program. Nutrition wise is working well.

Exercise is increasing WooHoo!


Personal Information:
Texas transplant - 30 plus years.

Married 16 years to the love of my life!

Our kids are 4 legged - dog (lost Khan last year) and Miss Kitty our cat.

With in 5-6 years to retirement.



Other Information:
 I started SP to loose weight and get healthier. I'm finding that I'm getting healthier not just physically but mentally. I've always been a positive person but I'm sharing this more. Paying forward as they say!
