Holiday 2020 Goals!
During the fall I lost 9 pounds. YAY! 189.9! I reached the one-80's! Time to listen to some 'Journey', find my leg warmers and watch Dirty Dancing! And time for new goals. My goal for the holiday season is to stay in the 180's! The closer to the 170's the better! 1. PT 120 minutes per week 2. Boxcercize 1 hour per week 3. Start using the pedaling machine while I do schoolwork 4. Tracking meals!!! 5. 5,000 steps per day goal, if ankle allows
