Introduction Text I am a SAHM to a 5yr old boy we call Turbo since that is what he is always in TURBO MODE. I have 2 other kids, they are grown up and have homes of there own. We live in San Marcos Texas. My husband and I have been married over 30 years and still going strong. I sell Gold Canyon Candles to help with our living expenses. It has been real tough since I quit work Sept. 2009. I thought Turbo was going to start school this year but since his B-Day is Sept.26 he doesn't start till next year. So instead of me taking a year off work I will be taking 2.

1. Lose weight and get healthy. 2. be healthy for my son, 3. Get healthy for ME. I need to lose about 60 lbs and I figure if I do it slow this time it might stay off. I usually don't have a problem losing it but only after a couple weeks or months I stop dieting and you guessed it HELLO FATTY!

I am going to try these recipes they look so GOOD. and my worst is Exercising If I could just get going then I am good.

I am 45 yrs old and I have been over weight since I was 15. before that people told me I better hang on if a good wind blew it would blow me away. Well I got pregnant and started eating 3 meals a day and thats all it took i gained 75lb with that pregnancy and never really lost it. I have tried all sort of stuff over the years and they all worked until something would come up and I would quit then I would jump back on the FAT BOAT.
