18 years ago I lost 100 pounds with Zone Diet and I've kept it off ever since. I enjoy sharing my experiences. I'm now working as a spokes person and consultant for Zone Labs, and I'm a Certified Zone Health Coach.

    Just joined the Zone team and saw you had great success on the program. I believe in the zone and know enough science to see that it is NOT just a fad diet but based on real research. I have added you as a friend and will be stopping in to soak up some inspiration! The zone will not be easy with our lifestyle....so I know that I'm going to have to do some serious planning and meal prepping to make this work!

    Sounds like fun times with birthday celebrations!! Those are such fun times to share with little ones! They really understand how to have a good time!!! I've been tutoring Kindergarteners for about a month now and am really enjoying them!

    Ohhh, 1 and 3! Such fun ages! I worked as a Parent Educator for many years with the Parents As Teachers program with families who have children Prenatal to 5...such a fun time! I'll bet you have your hands full when you see them, lots of energy!! But it's all good, right?! I'd love to see your pictures. I need to learn how to do the picture thing with the computer...I managed to get my profile picture on the site...somehow! My picture is from my daughter's wedding which was a year ago in July.
