Big Girl in Motion


Hello everyone! I guess I put the weight on after each of my pregnancies and I haven't let it go! I don't want to say that I'm just carrying a little baby fat when my kids are graduating from college. I've always been active. I've played sports & I was in the military (Army & Navy). I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 1998 & I've been struggling to get it under control every since. So, now I'm on a journey to GET MY SEXY BACK!

Run a 5K - Goal met May 2013!

Lose 30 lbs by July 2013 - Goal met!

Overall lose a 100 lbs

Get my motorcycle license - Goal met Oct 2012!!

Run a half marathon - Goal met Oct 25, 2014

Run a marathon - Goal met Nov 7, 2015!

My Program:
 * Plan meals & exercise at least 3-5 times a week.

* Control Diabetes (Type 1)

    You are so amazingly sweet! Thank you so much for the blog comments on my wedding dress. It was the second dress that I found and I was hesitant to commit to it because I found it so early. But I went to three other stores and tried on other dresses and nothing compared. It was like it had my name on it. I am so happy and the best part is that it is light enough to shake my butt all up and down the dance floor!
