I am into keeping myself in shape and eating a healthy diet..
I do get into "slumps" and try to then try something new and different...why I love to get into the different spark team challenges..that change daily/weekly or monthly.
I enjoy many so much that I keep doing them again..
There are so many terrific and encouraging people here...with such amazing stories and results...it keeps me inspired...
We all need to just care so much about ourselves...and we ...

Stay in the weight range that fits me !!! Keep active !!

My Program:
 Stay in great shape...especially true as I age..by keeping active..keep the body agile and joints well moving !!
Don't want to be tired and unable to play tennis, golf, ski, hike...love being outdoors..easier than cleaning a house !!!
