    Oooooo!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you for that wise advise. I should have been doing this all along - but I am going to start now. With so little outside stimulation I can be really happy playing with my toys - but I tend to eat while I'm doing it - a weekly plan will really help. 'specially for someone who loves to make plans anyway.
