My Goals:
Loose 45 lbs.

Become more physically fit

My Program:
 Tracking all food going down the hatch.

Keeping accurate caloric records.

Stepping up cardio and strength training exercises


Personal Information:
I've been living in the Phoenix, AZ area for most of my life. I'm enjoying my kids, my grandkids as well as my pet dog and cockatiel!!

Other Information:
 I enjoy traveling, hiking, art and music as well as watching a good movie or going out to eat.
