Facing 70 Healthier


I live in Florida in a mobile home park with my two furry babies - Ginny and Sherman. I will be 70 in August, and I think the thought of that coming so soon gave me an excuse for bad eating habits. Instead of finding something useful to do, I ate when depression would set in. I actually gained 20 pounds in two months. I finally realized I needed help and I needed to take control of my life.

My Goals:
I want to get back to my normal weight of 132 pounds. I weighed this for years, felt good, and was a lot more active. I have health problems I can do nothing about, but I do think the extra weight is making them worse.

My Program:
 I plan on eating healthier, and watching what I eat. I intend to exercise within my limits more too.
