"It's A Wonderful World"
I am 28 yr's old, happily married stay at home mother of three beautiful childern ,ages 4yrs, 19 mos, and 8 mos. About 10 yrs ago I began having health problems , which in turn lead to my weight gain over the years , and having babies so close together has taken a toll on my health. I want to be fit and healthly. I want my childern to learn healthly eating habbits and they will not unless i show them! I want to feel better about my health and proud of myself...no emtional baggage no longer!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose wieght and be in my normal wieght rage and to do it in a health way. To enjoy life with out having the extra bagage!


My Program:
I have limited my diet to a 1300 cal diet, which is what the doctor ordered, I make more of an effort to get out and have fun exercisering. I am buying more fresh foods, I have chaned the way i cook my food and the times i eat!
Hoping it works!



Personal Information:
I am a happily married , 28 yr's old mother of three wonderful childern!

I currently am a stay at home mother, who enjoys teaching my childern and learning with them each day!
But however with three small childern and a husband who works 14 hours a day i find it is hard to eat right and to eat at the porper times, and to get the fitness level that i need!


Other Information:
I have some health problems, and i am told that the problem are terminal but the doctor's have also told me that a health lifestyle will help reduce the risks of my health problems becoming disruptive to myself ..so once and for all here i am getting healthly!
