    I hope writing your goals out help you! Maybe you can write out some rewards as you reach those goals to make it more fun! I hope you can make this positive so you want to keep going and you feel like you have done well. It really can be positive unless you chose to do what I have done at times and kick myself for not losing it faster, or for not reaching a goal the first time I set it. Just make it fun and positive for you!. maybe write in a journal weekly, or something to help you see how fat you have come. Weight isn't the only measure of improvements! I know you can do this and you are so normal! Being a mommy is tough!.. and so rewarding
