I have become a new Beach Body Coach recently. I am so excited to start helping others on their health and fitness journey! I truly love being fit and living a healthy lifestyle. 2015 goals: Be the best Beach Body Coach I can be! Motivate others to a healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
 I workout out 6 days a week. I like to mix things up a lot. I do Pilates, weight training, running, P90X, Supreme 90, Day, Cathe workouts, PiYo, 21 Day Fix Extreme,and my elliptical machine.

My name is Susan. I live in Northeast Wisconsin. I have been married to a great man for 24 years. We have 2 beautiful kids, a dog we adore and crazy kitten!

    Just wondering how you are. I'm doing good right now. I lost 5.5 lbs this week but unfortunately it was the same 5 lbs that I gained last week after being discouraged. I have made a resolution that if I gain and am doing the right things, I will ignore the gain instead of saying what's the use. I hope your family is well and things are going great.
