Your bootcamp blog was super motivating to me- I think that my leg issues would be a lot better if I quit running- so why can't I do that? I just give up on it- it's not even ocd most of the time- just this deep desire to keep going- of course I get discouraged and question myself. But, for now, I am managing. I hope to keep managing- and being grateful instead of impatient and frustrated. Last year, I was better at it-lol. Some days I want to do more hard core bootcamp type workouts, but too much impact and running don't go good together for me- I am trying to work on that good compromise- some weeks work better than others.
