the never ending battle of self
forever tired no matter what i do. i was at a good weight when i turned 30, then i quit smoking and the weight kept climbing and climbing. now i battle stress above and beyond the range of normal with my job and the expectation of tasks i am supposed to acomplish there.

If you have dysthymia or chronic depression, you may also experience one or more episodes of major depression during your lifetime.
the doctor gave me the explanation that this is what is causing my tiredness.

My Goals:
made it throughthe winter with no gain,now to see what i can do with the spring
approaching the one year anniversary with sparkpeople may 28 will be here in no time.
still on the front part of the winter 2011 thing and i am holding well on the goal to not gain over the winter months. today the dietician and i discussed the long term a 'one year' goal. i have been pretty consistant with the pound a week for the last three months. so thinking a year has 52 weeks and probably a plateu in there we came up with 40 pounds for the next year till dec.
winter is approaching and it is time to assess my goals for the next season
primary goal
lose slow and steady no gain backs.
attainable goal record food daily
hardest goal
commit to exercise more frequently
My Program:
1. track food- high priority daily. Reward 10.00 into savings for a special vacation when I reach my final goal. the longer it takes The better the reward. hoping for a cruise or motorcycle tour in another country(like austrailia or Europe).
2 exercise-put 1.00 for each workout session on gift card to splurge on mini goals (still not sure what i am calling mini goals)
3. housework- do a household chore at least one times per week.

i live in Far West Central Illinois, my name is Veronica. I work for the State of Illinois as a Rehabilitation Case Coordinator (glorified secretary, personal assistant). I really hate to do housework, so I have a very cluttered home.
Other Information:
I am married, i have two adult children and one dog ( a teacup chihuahua named Diablo) and another aquired dog that is not mine( boston terrier named Joy). I ride a 2010 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Nostalgia.

Are you near the river (s) that are overflowing from melting snow? Crazy weather this year with barges not getting down the river this summer and now they are flooding. Hope everything gets dried up for you!
