    Hi! Hope things are going better for you, stay away from the chips LOL! I'm on my last week of the challenge day 3, I've been trying to get back into running on the treadmill for my cardio and doing extra cardio videos as well, I love the two kickboxing ones so I usually do whatever day video I'm supposed to do and then the two kickboxing ones in the morning and then try for zumba on the Kinnect or a run on the treadmill in the evening. I'm trying really hard to make this last week a good one!! So far so good, I still have the weekend to get through emoticon

    How are things for you?

    Take all that stress and take it out on something good for you.....like some hardcore exercising(kick boxing is a good one to let the stress out) rather than taking it out on some potato chips. It may sound better at the time, but in the long run, you'll regret eating all those chips and you'll feel better if you exercise!!! Keep your head up, you're making huge changes in your life and its going to take some time, but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
