My name is Erin. I started a journey back in 2006. The scale said I was getting close to 300 pounds. I was done. I had been physically active all my life but, had let myself go. I didn't have to try hard the first time. I ate pretty good and I exercised when I could. I got down to 237. Then I met the most wonderful man and we got married. The weight started coming on since, I decided to put everything in front my health. I started again in April of 2008 again at 272.

I was in Fort Smith, AR for work and found a great gym to go to. I didn't know anyone or have anything to do so, I got involved there. From there I started learning a lot about clean eating and working out. I met a lot of awesome people here who encouraged me to push myself to a new level.

Then, it hit....I was laid off. I miss my support system I had in Arkansas so much! I am happily employed now and am achieving career success but, my eating and exercise plan is hurting. I try and have been so frustrated. Since then I have had ups and downs. I have not achieved the 237 as of yet (again).

Currently, I am 7 months pregnant. I have ballooned to my heaviest weight. I am staying active and eating healthy. So far, my pregnancy has gone great but, I can only do so much now for my weight. Once our little girl is here it will be a different story!!

I guess the long and short of the story is, life happens and although I have not had a perfect road I treat myself better then I used to and I will achieve great success. It will just take time and effort.

2012 Goals:

Learn to be a good mommy and role model for my new daughter.

Complete at least 2 sprint triathlons.

Loose my baby weight plus a few pounds.

Remember this is a process not an overnight miracle.




My Program:
TRACK MY FOOD!!!!!!!! It has to be done or it won't work!

5-6 small meals a day
Eat clean meals
Plan out my meals and exercise each week.
1 cheat meal a week



Personal Information:
I entered the 30s with a goal of loosing weight. So far I have gone back and fourth with the same weight. I want but, have not been acting on my wants to achieve weight loss. I can do this! I am a physically active person, I just need to step it up on the food front. Am interested in meeting people in San Antonio that want to achieve healthy goals.
