Thank you for adding me as a friend here-definitely the metabolism changes as our activity level changes-you'll find that food tracking becomes crucial-that's how I lost my 100# first & that's how I've gained back 15#!!! If you like hiking, I do lots of weekend hikes once the weather's warmer & that seems to help me lose/or maintain...my husband & I are also going to take up kayaking-Creve Couer Lake's close and there are so many rivers nearby that are great for water fun...Glad to have you on the STL team!!! 3680 days ago
