Introduction Text I'm 35, a Christian, a NICU nurse (at heart), single & a belly dancer. I'm a daughter, a sister, an aunt & a great aunt. I am also a World Vision Sponsor. I currently sponsor several kids from around the world. I have gotten more from sponsorship than I ever thought possible. I had an extremely rare adverse reaction to an immunization in April of '08 & now have limited use of my right hand & arm. I am into photography and jewlery making. I also love going to any sporting event.

1. maintain the funtion I have regained in my right hand & arm a. can do 4 pound curl b. can extend finger about half way 2. Find a non-patient care nursing job 3. lose 150 pounds 4. maintain a positive attitude 5. start swimming again

Get moving & make healthy choices: 1. Stay in my calorie range. 2. 5 servings of fruits & veggies a day. 3. Drink at least 64oz of water a day. 4. Take the stairs whenever possible - I am doing great at this. 5. 30 minutes of cardio a day. 6. Strength training at least 3 times a week. 7. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. a. pain/sleep meds are starting to make this possible.
