Introduction Text You may call me TEE or you can call me TABBY, but sometimes I am known as TOBY BEAR. My given name is Therese, which I use on formal occasions and official documents. Cold weather brings holiday teptation foods. I've kept the weight off last winter. I'm going to lose a pound a week. (ooh I had to write that three times to make it sound like a commitment!) Eat less. Work more. Drink lots of water. I should do dome heavy digging. It is always the best exercise for me!

My goal is to look HOT when I'm looking hot.

When I'm not doing construction on our home, I need put in 15 minutes of recumbent biking. I keep my caloric intake between 1500 and 1700
