Introduction Text I have been on a path not knowing where i was heading for a long time. I was foolish and did things in my life that I thought I had to do. Now I realize I could have been happy all along if I never did them. So here is to me undoing the bad things amplifying the good things and being the best person I can be for me! I want to be the mom my daughter looks to and says wow mom you inspire me.. not repel me.



I am teaching my self how to do this.. its not going to be some weight loss program that i have to quit its going to be forever.
