My Goals:
My goal is to become healthier, and lighter, by learning to eat more nutritiously, while maintaining a vigorous dance and exercise program. This will help me avoid depression, and manage my energy levels more effectively.
My Program:
I am an avid dancer and am willing to try just about anything, as long as it is set to music! I prefer ballroom, latin, and swing dance, but also enjoy belly dance and ballet.
