Since my senior year in high school I've struggled with my weight going up and down, which has not been all that great for my health. I am Native American and diabeties is a really big problem, especially since it runs in my father's family. I not only want to lose weight, but being healthy is very important to me too, because as of right now I'm struggling with high blood pressure. I love the outdoors like to hunt, fish, go muddin, camping..ect. I have an amazing bf we have been together for almost 2yrs and we r bout to get engaged teehehe he let it slip he was paying on a ring.. also i will be going to my sister's wedding in a few mnths so gotta get n shape since im one of the bridesmaids. It's hard to lose weight considering I work a graveyard shift at a casino and there is always free sodas and I'm never on a regular eating schedule. I just need help and insight on how to get back to being healthy again. I'm also starting herbalife so if anyone is with me lemme know we can b herbalife buddies lol
