Introduction Text Hi, my name is Taylor. My goal is to lose about 85 pounds or so. I really just want to get my confidence back so that I can live my life to the fullest! I was once at my goal weight, but I unfortunately ate very badly over the past few years and became more and more sedentary. Oh, and I had a baby! So basically I'm trying to lose my baby weight + college weight.

-increase my flexibility -get in shape to play sports -feel confident in clothes -become a yoga expert! -go wheat free by end of 2014

Exercise:daily walks, gym (mostly cardio), resistance bands for strength, yoga, and at home vidoes. Diet: try to slowly eliminate wheat, fill up with fruits/veggies/protein. Stay away from processed foods (again, slowly)

I am 22 years old, I'm married, I have a little baby boy, I am a secondary education student (mathematics), I work part-time, and I'm a Christian.
