    Wow! 1.8 weight loss since Sunday! Have met my weekly and monthly goal. Woo hoo! Have stayed very active...missed just a few goals by a little amount, which I think is realistic and averages out with various activities throughout the week. I need to keep the half hour walks no matter what! Every day I have stayed with low carbs. I will see how long these habits lead to weight loss and feeling active and adjust when I start to feel issues. Let a sleeping baby sleep : )

    Day 23- 1/23/17 ....... written 1/24/17 am

    Yesterday I did not complete my elliptical, strength training, stretching or yoga because I worked in the morning instead and then was a couch potato when I got home. HOWEVER, I did get a 40 minute walk in, which is totally acceptable. I need to not beat myself up because for one day I didn't get the elliptical in. If I'm moving for 30 minutes on a day, while not optimal for weight loss, it's great for fitness! I am proud of myself.

    Also good: I ate appropriately. As far as I'm concerned yesterday was a win with a little minus.

    This am I was back on track with my exercising.

    Woo hoo! Onward and outward. Or something like that.

    Day 22 - 1/22/17 ....written 1/23/17 am

    Went trampolining with Jackson yesterday instead of my daily walk. I lost 1.2 lb since yesterday. I'm sure no correlation, but it was nice to dream : ) I didn't do a lot of jumping, but I think it would be a good thing to continue to do.

    Eating has become so much easier. I'm not famished, even when I delay a meal or am especially active. It is nice to have food in the fridge that I can just grab. It might be bacon wrapped, but it's good and healthy! Need to keep getting more veggies in. Move the cut veggies back up to the front of the fridge.

    Because of work I didn't get my morning exercises in. I am really going to focus to get it in tonight instead. I have to be disciplined, even when work is busy!!!

    Days 20 and 21 - 1/20/17 and 1/21/17.....written on 1/20/17

    A couple of very active days...exercise, work, and today, Saturday, the Women's rally and bike and rv rally! So much better than laying around and playing phone games.

    Feel so much stronger. For a long time I've been jealous of people who can put on their pants standing up one leg at a time. And I can now do it! WOW! Feel so much stronger!!!

    I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I know I will.

    Today I'm going to start the 30 day workouts on youtube.

    Day 18 - 1/18/17 ...... written 1/18/17 am

    Got all of my morning exercises done this am. Whoo hoo! Quickly got out of bed and kept moving. Didn't feel like I was running but I kept moving. Felt good! On to a continued great day!
