I'm75 years young, married for 58 years come March to the same man (my place in heaven is reserved). We have 3 adult children who have given the best gifts I could imagine, 6 wonderful Grand-kids. We live in what we like to call gods country in the midst of the baby finger of Michigan. I have been fighting with my weight for 50 years it seems, sometimes its up, sometimes its down and every once in a while its where it should be. This go round with the weight problem stems from a fight with breast cancer in the fall of 08, the total lack of energy going through the radiation pretty much wiped me out. So I basically went to treatment then sacked out on the couch until bed time. By the end I was 157 pounds on the Dr.s scale. That was Jan. 5th, 09. In Feb I was back to the gym 3 days a week for an hour. March I joined a class 2 days a week besides the 3 days on my own. By end of April I had lost 22 pounds. now I Watch what I eat and how much to maintain that weight. And work out or walk every day I can.

My Goals:
to maintain my weight and continue to tone up.

My Program:
I basically eat what I want, that way I don't feel deprived, just watch portion size. keeping the calories down. l now do my work outs in front of the TV and use my Stepper or walk the roads every day.

Personal Information:
As I said up top we live in gods country, in the middle of the baby finger of Michigan. we are retired. I live with 1 husband . The 3 kids , 6 live else where in Michigan.

Other Information:
My hobbies are reading, mostly mysterys, and gardening and my family. And I'm one of those crazy people that really enjoys working out, once I get into it on a regular basis that is.
