    Hi there! Thanks for stopping in, and for your words of encouragement. I am on a roll and nothing is going to stop me. I want this more than I want ice cream, cheese, chinese food binges and burritos. I just have my blinders on and there's no stopping me. It's hard to get to that place but once I'm there, nothing can sway me.

    Speaking of vacations, we are celebrating our 2nd anniversary in Vegas next month so you had better believe that I'll throwing down on some awesome food while I'm there :) We're eating at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill for our anniversary dinner and yes, I will eat dessert! At least we'll be doing lots of walking around. But I do expect to stay the same that week, if not gain a pound or two. I'm prepared for it.

    Hi Steph - I noticed you just crossed 1500 fitness minutes! Hey, we are at almost the exact same weight; I weighed in at 204.2 yesterday. A 2 pound week! Don't you love those!?

    How are the feet doing these days? Mine is actually getting better; I'm hoping to be able to start running soon... maybe another 3-4 weeks.

    Hey Steph! Yes, we do have lots in common huh? I actually started at 215 - just one pound ahead of you, so it sounds like even though you aren't getting as many fitness minutes, you must be doing everything else right!

    I am so bummed out about not being able to run and hike but this is the price you pay for overeating. Someday the foot will be better...

    Hey Steph, don't lose heart. Sometimes this just happens and sometimes it's just your body being stubborn. Stick with it girl - it's a long road and there are bound to be potholes that slow your way. Stick to your plan, give it a couple days, and you'll be rid of that extra pound and then some!
