Julie's Weight Loss Adventure
I'm 49, married, with a 12 year old son. I've been overweight for most of my life and obese for the majority of my adulthood.
I am determined that I am going to lose weight to a healthy level and keep it off, no going back this time. This is not a diet, but my life. I have adapted exercise into my life, I can manage food too. No quitting allowed!

My Goals:
1. I will be healthier. I will bet better news at the Doctor.
2. I will look slim and svelte.
3. I will be and feel strong.
4. I will be able to ride rollercoasters without worrying about fitting in the seat.
5. I will have energy to keep up with my son.
6. I will look good in a swimsuit
7. I will live a long, productive life
8. I will have friends and family admire me for being healthy
9. I will be able to wear a smaller size and shop in regular shops.
10 I will be able to enjoy s more.
11. I will have more self confidence
My Program:
My Exercise Program:
Meet with my Trainer on Tuesday for 1 hour. Exercise in the morning at home for at least 30 minutes Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Exercise at the gym while Jason has his Martial Arts lessons.
My Food Program:
I am using spark people to log my food. I am trying to keep my calories within range and the carbs below 100.
