Introduction Text Hey, all! It's been a while since I've been here. I originally lost 132lbs with Sparkpeople and maintained my weight for a number of years. In November 2016, I suffered a personal tragedy. I took it extremely hard and I comforted myself with food and put on 100 lbs, but it's time to take control of my eating before I gain all my weight back. So, with your help, I hope to take off the pounds and get back to a healthier lifestyle. Cheers!

My program consists of good healthy food, regular exercise and water.

I'm a single Canadian woman who lives in Ontario, Canada. I live with my flame point siamese cat who has control over the relationship and the aquarium. Breast cancer survivor! Singer/Songwriter

Hobbies include ukulele, piano, guitar, crochet, knitting, movies, theater, geocaching, writing, walks in the woods and biking.
