CONGRATS on joining SPARKS!!! I always tell new members at once join teams that are interesting to you. First before you join,,, look down through the dates of when the team have been posted. If a team doesn't have posting for the day,,, I'd look for another team. Some aren't active. Also read blog after blog. Make friends. If you blog,, it starts off slowly, but over time,,, more will read them.
I can relate to the foot pain. I've have had 20 sure,and since June an infection to the bone.. We thought it had cleared up after having 30 treatments in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber over 6 weeks at 2 hrs a day along with having hard casts on from August through November. Two weeks ago at the Wound Clinic it was discovered I have either another infection or it hadn't left.
Have you had any surgeries?? There are exercises you can do without ur feet. Please let me know if you would like any suggestions.
Can you ask ur health provider about seeing a dietician? As said I'm.now cutting them into very, very tiny pieces. I also make smoothies with frozen berries. One cup of frozen berries,,a half cup milk 2% or less and a small size of yogurt. Blend together,,,I use my nutra bullet.
