My Goals:
1. Get healthy
2. Feel good about myself
3. Get a freakin' hot bod!

My Program:
Here is my program:
1. Eat a healthy diet, count calories and other nutrients, and keep track of everything that I eat. Even if I "blow it", I still put that food down in my log so that I stay aware of what's going on.
2. 30 minutes of walking at least 5 days a week, M-F, with weekends optional, when I get up in the morning.
3. Strength training three times a week.
4. Take progress pics and post them once a month.

Right now I am trying to keep my program simple, and not overwhelm myself. I tend to try to complicate things and then I get overwhelmed and quit. I don't want that to happen this time.

Other Information:
I like music of all genres, I am a poet, artist and musician (singer). I'm a friend of Bill W., and am getting to know myself better. The more I know, the more I like. Cool, huh?

    Just a note to day Hey and that I will do the challange I don't have an article of clothing that I am trying to fit into I no longer have any of my old clothes I however will buy a pair of size 12 pants and fit into them properly heck it might be size 8 Im size 20W now but dangit I will do it. you inspired me to the challange.

    Hi there, thank you for the comment on my blog. I feel like we have a lot in common in regards to our eating challenges. You are so right about getting out of your head and helping others. That really works for me too! I'm glad you reminded me of that! Also, I needed to be reminded not to be so rigid. Thank you! I'm going to add you as a friend so we can keep in touch. :)

    CM thanks for answering. I'm not sure the show is called the Mavens but its something like that. It comes on Sat. around noon and its 3 people who go into a house, sometimes the family has a disabled child, or a family has short time on their hands, its all different, and they show them how to cook quick foods, fix things in their house, redo old furniture, and redo rooms. They spend a day there and have supper there and at the end they give the couple a quick get away or a gift card but something they can use and if they go on a quick get away they have friends who have come over to help that day that take care of the kids so they can have a vacation. I used to serve coffee in restaurants as a server for over 15 years. I know what you go through. I loved it. Hope
