I want to go running in shorts and just a sports bra. Nothing is stopping me but myself. I want to feel comfortable enough to do it by the end of the summer... because of course I'll want to show off the abs I'm working on!

    Yup, the weekend was extremely disappointing. I couldn't believe those people!!! Sadly, I do not have any desire to invite them to any party or anything pertaining to Joe and I getting married!

    Oh well... C'est la vie! It's not like I currently see them much as it is... now I just have no desire to ever see them again! emoticon

    You can actually BUY egg whites by the carton! No egg yokes to worry about! I'm sure you can also buy the yokes by the carton too! lol

    I actually eat the whole egg when I eat eggs (unless I'm using egg whites from a carton, for recipes like this!) I'm not your girl for ideas of what to do with egg yokes... maybe make a hair treatment? LOL

    There are also a lot of great recipes on how to make tasty deserts on the Atkins diet! I know, I used to follow it! Worth a peak :)
