On March 13th '07 I had lost 50lbs. 20lbs I shifted here at Sparkpeople in 9wks and got down to 151lbs, thank you to all who are involved with this site for the education, support and team atmosphere, I love it!

After yet another pregnancy gain, I'm here again. I'm starting at 178.6lbs and will be 133lbs by April 26th 09. So, let's get on with it.

Fitness Minutes: 37

My Goals:
I'm going to go from 178.6lbs to 133lbs before April 26th 2009 - My 27th Birthday!

I'm not going to be over weight any more.

1st Mini Goal; Lose 14lbs by Dec - Reward - New Dress from Monsoon.

2nd Goal; Get past 154lbs
Reward - 1st Pair of Converse Trainers

3rd Goal; Get past 147lbs
Reward - Manicure

4th Goal; Get past 140lbs
Reward - Brand New 'Do!

5th Goal; Get past 133lbs.
Rewards; Buy 1st Pair of Levis and something from a 'skinny' shop.

6th Goal; Stay at 133lbs for 2mths - Reward - ???


My Program:
Rosemary Conely.

Fat-Attack Fortnight; 1st Nov - 15th ; 1200 cals a day & everything under 5% fat. Follow exercise plan.

Phase 2; 16th Nov ; Add 300 cals in the form of 5% or less 100cal desserts / 100 cal treats / 100 alcohol. Exercise 4/5 time a week plus 4 days of toning.



Personal Information:
I'm from London, currently a stay at home mum to 2 girlies.

I'm 5ft 6 (I like to know heights!)

LW 140lbs - 1999! Ages ago.

HW 208lbs :0S - 2005
