I'm in my late 30s and I would love to get into the best shape of my life. I keep trying to get there through working out, but invariably the progress is minimal and halts whenever my life takes a turn towards hectic. Despite the knowledge that my eating habits are what boomerangs me towards obese every time I fall off the wagon, I've kept denying that I have food issues and moved on to the next crazy workout routine. This time is different; I'm going straight to the heart of the matter and tackling my compulsive and mindless eating habits.

My Goals:
Eat delicious and healthy foods that help me meet my goals. Diet will be my main focus for these 100 days, because it's the most impactful thing I can control, regardless of my busy schedule. That being said, I do hope to develop a more regular workout routine during this period too.

Edit: I signed up for a 200-mile running/walking challenge! I have 100 days between December 10 2016 and March 20 2017 to complete this challenge. Wish me luck! :)
