I have decided to create a new sparkpage in hopes of a new beginning and a fresh start. I have been over weight most of my adult life. I went from living in Western Maine and being very active to moving to Southern Maine for Nursing school and gaining the freshman 15 and then some. I have continued to struggle with my weight and feel like I have been yo-yo dieting for years. I am done with diets and will introduce a healthy lifestyle. This is my time to shine!

Fitness Minutes: 1,550

My Goals:
Regain my self confidence by adapting a healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
 -Eat 1,200-1,450 calories a day
-6+ glasses of H20
-Cardio 4 days a week
-Weight training 3 days a week


Personal Information:
I grew up in Western Maine and now reside in the Southern Maine area. I am a Nursing student and work in the Maternity Unit as a CNA in the largest hospital in Maine.
