Thank you for visiting my Sparkpage. Well, I decided I should just probably go ahead a reset my program. It has been a horrible and unproductive year. I say it's just better to put all of it behind me. I am opting to address issues and set monthly goals. Planning is a key component on my agenda followed with persistence and consistency. I will not focus on weight loss so much. I am looking more towards better health choices and the weight loss is bound to follow that.

With about 90 lbs to lose, exercise is still a huge obstacle for me. I aim to work towards making it a healthy habit . I envy those who consistently make it part of their daily life.

Another huge obstacle is stress. I am learning that I create my own stress. My intention is to eliminate that self-created stress, spend more time organizing my life issues and spending less time on trying to overcome situations I have no control over.

Bottom line...Better planning, better organization and less procrastination and most importantly, slow down and breath for a while.

I live in Pennsylvania, northeast of Philadelphia. Married with two daughters and two granddaughters.

I enjoy AVA walks, hiking, camping, geocaching and swimming for outdoor activities.

Hobbies: quilting, sewing, general crafting.
