    I had the same thing happen to me... I was in pretty good shape before I got married, then *BAM* one day I woke up 40lbs heavier! Ouch! I tried different diets and would loose weight only to have it creep back up on me. Finally I realized it was my lifestyle that needed to be changed! My husband has a very active job so when he gets home, he mostly relaxes. I found I was doing the same... minus the active job! I joined a gym about a month ago and LOVE it! I only allow myself so much tv time a week and watch how much I eat... and low and behold... the pounds are coming off!

    Wow, you've lost 2 lbs already. Don't weigh yourself to often, it can get frustrating with water weight etc. Good luck!!!!
