I did it. I accomplished my 2nd Half-Marathon last month. I've taken a few detours on this journey but I'm not giving up. I'm determined to make this a successful journey.

In 2010 I changed my life and lost over 90 pounds by participating in a healthy weight challenge at work. That year I learned how strong I could be. My greatest accomplishment was when I completed a half-marathon to the shock of myself and my family. I rocked it... then life and old habits got back in the way. I ballooned back up and now weigh more than I did before I started my journey in 2010.
It is time for me to be who I meant to be and that isn't someone on the sidelines of life. This year is my year. I'm teamed up with an excellent trainer and friend. I am setting my goals and I'm going after it.
