My Goals:
New goals for me:
Maintain the new me, and not slip back into old bad habits.

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! Its time to tone!

Keep eating right, so that it becomes a lifestyle, rather than something I work to do, or fight against.

Inspire my husband to jump on the healthy wagon, without nagging!

Be a good example to my daughter!



My Program:
 Eating healthy.
Staying away from fast food as much as possible.
Bring my own food to work.
Drink more water.
Reward myself.
No punishing myself.

 I really enjoy reading, hanging out with family and playing games. My daughter is my light of my life, my inspiration and my personal cheerleader! I am also learning how to enjoy exercise, and find new ways to stay active with my family.
