Introduction Text Time for some honesty: It has been an interesting couple of years. I started my own business (yes, now...at 52...in a bad economy). I quit my well-paying job of 25 years. However, for awhile, I worked all three of my jobs, and twelve hours was a "short" day. Poor eating habits ensued from exhaustion and stress. I left a 4 year relationship because none of my needs were being met. Both the relationship and the post-relationship blues have triggered emotional (sugar heavy) eating. And, I gained nearly 20# in the process. Since I already qualified as "obese" this is NOT a good thing. I'm back, and I need every bit of help I can get. If you need a friend and a cheerleader, I'm your girl. I would like to find someone who can be such a friend and cheerleader to me.

Health. That's it, just health. I am still (miraculously) healthy. I not only want to maintain that, but I want to lose enough weight that the inconveniences that go along with being fat go away. (Joint pain, fatigue).

I always lose best when I exercise, exercise, exercise! It's time to get serious. Please kick my ass if I'm not at the gym. Jillian Michaels...please come yell at me.

I live in a small town in east central Indiana. I love to quilt! I also cross-stitch, knit, crochet, weave baskets and garden. I'm also a sci-fi and science buff. Oooooo....Star Trek!
