I don't see any activity on your trackers. Are you getting in your workouts? Are you tracking your food so you can see just how many calories you are comsuming. These are very helpful tools to use. I read your recent post on another blog. DON'T GIVE UP!!!! We have all been there, those self-defeating habits can do us in every time. We make progress, then bam, we sabotage ourselves.
