Wow!!!! My daughter is 1 year old!!!!! I have lost the 'baby weight' but I still have weight that I wanted to lose before getting pregnant with her. I work as a Labor delivery RN on the night shift, which makes scheduling workouts and eating right harder, but i am finally determined, it took almost a year!
So her goes!!!!

Sept 24th-170 ACHIEVED!
Nov 24th- 165
Jan 24th- 155
By March 12th of 2010: goal weight 145!!!!!

My Program:
 I joined 'Curves' 2 months ago: I try to go 3-4 times a week plus go for walks or bike rides with my daughter 2-3 times a week.
