Introduction Text I've been with SP for almost 5 years. I plan to focus on why I'm here this year. I'm here to get healthy and fit. I'm going to try and not get caught up in the numbers this year.

1 = 30 day staying in calorie range 2 = exercise 6 days per week

Exercise: Hike at least 10 miles every week. Preferably with an elevation gain of 500 ft per mile or steeper. Walking 3-5 miles 4-5 days a week Other Cardio for 30-60 minutes 2-3 times a week ST 30 minutes 2-3 times a week Nutrition: Eat between 1650-2000 calories a day at least 6 days a week. Meet all my nutrient goals at least 5 days a week.

I've lived in Washington State all my life. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Such a beautiful state.

I love to hike and do a ton of photography. I've seen almost every fire lookout in Washington State
