    Welcome to the knee/hip replacement group! You've been super active (by your blogs) - amazing for someone with hip troubles.

    My knees gave me a horrible time, and I got more and more sedentary... which didn't help at all.

    Anyway, you are very welcome in the group, it is a good group and has been a help to me before and after my surgeries.
