My Goals:
To be healthy!! While losing weight might be an added bonus, it's not my ultimate goal. I want to eat real food that's good for me and get fit.

My Program:
I'm starting small and easing my way into a full healthy lifestyle. I'm beginning with just one healthy meal a day, then working my way up to a full healthy diet and workout regimen. I'm creating an intricate plan and I start in March. It's going to be a long process but I know this is what will work best for me.

Personal Information:
I'm 25 years young, weird, crazy, artsy, and nerdy. I live in mid/upstate NYS. I love reading, writing, playing guitar, singing, listening to all sorts of music, dancing, taking long walks,crafting, photography, playing with makeup, and I'm learning to mix music. My favorite animals are horses, bats, and cats. I'm quirky and weird, have a strange sense of style, and love unusual things and unique people. I'm excited for this journey and looking for support!

Other Information:
Note: Because my ultimate goal is health, not weight loss, this means that I will NOT be heading for things like "sugar-free" or "diet" versions, or things like weight loss shakes. Rather, I want to only put into my body what will truly be healthy for it, so I'm taking it back to basics with a mostly plant-based diet as my goal.
