Introduction Text Hi I'm Martha, I am 53 and working at getting healthy!! I am married to a great guy and we have 1 dog, Willis. We also have 4 wonderful grandchildren. I want to be able to run and play with them for a loooooong time. My dogs are pictured here together. I lost my beautiful husky/cur mix to the side effects of a drug called Rimadyl. It is commonly prescribed to pets for pain. It has killed over 3000 dogs. Email me for more info. Ok down off my soapbox. The picture of my grandkids is only the boys cause I have a hard time getting the girls to sit still for a pic.

My goal is simple: Good health

I will take the time to walk or do some other form of exercize daily. I will eat healthy foods and not deprive myself of the occasional treat. I will keep myself neat and clean at all times. This is important for self-esteem. I will love myself, because until I do I can't love anyone else! I AM WORTH WHATEVER IT TAKES TO DO THESE THINGS!

I would like to introduce myself, My name is Martha I live in a small town south of Houston, Tx. I am married and have 1 daughter who has blessed me w/2 wonderful grandson's. I have 2 step-son's my oldest has given me 2 beautiful granddaughters. Life is good (it sure beats the alternative) Keep smiling'!!

I love to read, watch TV and be with my grandchildren. I love being alive!
