Hello and thanks for stopping by. I am a "100+ pound to loose person", but might not look like it (even in the picture.) So I will attain that goal---such big numbers here!

My Goals:
There appears to be a conflict as to what I "should weigh" for my height. Which may make me look too small for 6 ft. 1'.
So for goals, I would place it at a size of 14 (average of 16 to 12)--I'm not even thinking of any 6's 8's or whatever the smaller women out there are wearing.
My Program:
Participating in WW.
Walking home from train station on weekdays.
Increase Physical activity.
i.e. Treadmill 20-30 min. 3 day/wk followed by stregth training for an additional 20-30 min.
Personal Information:
Other Information:
As of 01/13/07 I have removed 33 pounds (10% of my WW goal). This was done in 18 weeks.
