Introduction Text Married to my sweetheart for 43 years, and have a beautiful daughter and an incredible grandson. Once again starting my weight loss journey, I let get life events get in the way, and got lazy about paying attention to my diet. The good news is that I know how to do this, I'm back to eating mostly Paleo, because I have fewer cravings, and it makes me feel good.
