Introduction Text I'm a married mom of three boyz. All four of them are my world. I'm a supervisor of Medical Records. I'm the secretary of NvHIMA as well as NNvHIMA. I am the newsletter editor for state and local chapters also. I work part time at a local restaurant and I do a little transcription on the side. =) My two oldest boyz are in college and my youngest is in high school. It's been quite a journey. I had Bubb at 17, Zach at 20 and Matt at 23. I've been with my husband since I was 16. My heaviest weight is 222. I've been 170-180 for a couple of years. It's time for me to reach my goal weight. I dont' have a specific number, I just know I want to feel fit and healthy.

Short term: Stay on plan for one week! Exercise 3xweek! Say something nice to my family so they know how important they are to me! Go to church! Long(ish) term: Lose 10 pounds Work on organizing my life!

Under Construction!!! I like so many different things... hiking, biking, DVDs, treadmill, elliptical, etc. It's hard to settle on any one program. One of my goals is to get organized!
